Welcome to GoRankVantage. By authorizing your Google Search Console profile and using our marketing and optimization services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Access License & OAuth Scope

GoRankVantage requests read-only OAuth credentials to compile your Search Console data. By connecting, you license us to load GSC data into your browser interface.

You represent that you own or have full legal authority to connect the verified GSC properties to our analysis engine.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to attempt to scrape, copy, or overload the GoRankVantage platform structure. Free plan users are limited to 50 API queries per day. Premium plan users are limited to 1,000 API queries per day. Violating request thresholds may result in temporary account restrictions.

3. Local Algorithmic Engines

Our keyword suggestions and internal linking recommendation widgets are processed using local heuristics. While we aim for high topical match relevance, GoRankVantage does not guarantee specific organic ranking improvements or click-volume gains.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoRankVantage is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall GoRankVantage or its parent operators be held liable for any loss of rankings, decrease in clicks, search visibility penalties, or errors resulting from Google Search Console API disruptions.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription limits, or features at any time. Active subscribers will receive a 30-day email notice prior to any premium tier changes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the operating region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
